The serial, communicated normally via email after the purchase procedure, consists of a code to be inserted at the appropriate time that unlocks all the functionality of the software.

In this page it is possible to recover the serial. It is necessary to provide most of the information indicated in order to receive the serial number again.

The answer usually takes place within one or two working days.

- Fields marked with * are mandatory;

- In the email address field, enter, if possible, the email used at the time of purchase: if, for example, the purchase was made through Paypal, enter the email address associated with the Paypal account;

- The telephone number is optional and can be used only in case of difficulty in finding the serial activation. In no case will we use the number provided for commercial reasons;

- The name of the software is mandatory: specify, for example, PowerCLUB, PowerFIT, PowerDOGS or one of our other purchased software;

- The date of purchase is important information: if you do not remember the exact date, specify a period (month / year for example).
